MEMBERSHIP   AGREEMENT

The following defines your relationship with Christian Singles Network, hereafter referred to as CSN

1.    I confirm I am an eligible Christian single who is either never married, widowed, or legally divorced, and 18 years of age or older.

2.    I understand my CSN membership is neither transferable nor refundable.

3.    I understand  my membership can be terminated if one or more of the following occur:

(a) failure to notify CSN in writing, within thirty days, of any changes to my address or phone number.
(b) failure to return the annual update form including the annual dues, by the due date
(c) failure to abide by this Membership Agreement
(d) at my request or at CSN's request
(e) upon marriage!

4.    I agree to maintain Christian principles in relationships with all CSN members and staff, treating each in a Christian manner, with the same respect and consideration that I expect from them.  I will notify CSN of any discourtesy, harassment and/or other inappropriate behavior on the part of any member I may meet through CSN.  I understand that if other CSN members report such behavior on my part, my CSN membership may be terminated without any refund of fees I have paid.

5.    I agree to follow Scriptural standards of conduct and sexual purity (I Cor. 6:18; Acts 15:28-29; Gal. 5:19 & 21b; Eph. 5:3, & I Thes. 4:3).  I agree to use all necessary diligence and determination to abide by those standards.

6.    I authorize CSN to publish my profile and photograph, which is a membership requirement.

7.    I understand membership does not imply I am obligated to date.  If I am not interested in meeting a particular member, I will decline in a forthright and courteous manner.

8.    I am responsible for taking normal precautions when meeting anyone through CSN membership or activities, even though CSN does some screening by interviewing each applicant.

9.    I will verify CSN membership by referencing the Membership Directory.  If I am contacted by someone who is not in my directory, I will ask for their ID number and contact the CSN office to verify that person’s Membership.

10.    I understand the CSN Membership Directory is strictly confidential, and that sharing the Directory, or any part thereof, in any form, with nonmembers could result in termination of my membership without any refund of the fees I have paid.

11.    I agree all correspondence directed to CSN and activity photos become CSN’s property with full rights to publication and/or use in any endorsement without further permission required.

12.    I hereby indemnify and agree to hold CSN, its volunteer workers, and its employees, harmless from any and all claims of damage whatsoever resulting from any CSN activities or introductions.
