As members of Christian Singles Network, we met for
the first time at CSN's monthly dance at the Victory Grange, and here's
what happened:
Janie...."I'm a little rusty, it's been quite a
while since I've been out as a single, but here I go. I'm a bit
apprehensive, but I plan to put my best foot forward and have a great
time." "Hey, the music is lively, the company is friendly and
plentiful, yum even the snacks are great!!" A few laughs and what do I
see? "why it's a handsome fella (in a western jacket) lookin' at me."
We talk, dance, and click, who would of guessed I would meet the
kindest, most special person in my life?"
Jerry....Although I don't have
much of a social life I am looking forward to having a good, clean, fun
evening with Christian brothers and sisters. Not having good
relationship skills, I knew enough not to get into a relationship until
God brought me to a point that He thought I was ready. |

Having been a CSN
member for 3 years the Lord must have known I was ready because at that memorable September
dance He hooked me up with a lady with the most beautiful, warm smile.
She's now my best friend, my lady, and my wife, We were married October
13, a year later.

I had been a member of Christian
Singles Network 10 years and was expecting another fun evening
as I was entering the dance that August. I wasn't necessarily
expecting a romantic connection, and little did I know what a tremendous
impact that activity would have on the rest of my life. However, my
first dance partner that evening was a lovely lady and a terrific
dancer. Another CSN member approached us, saying she
couldn't resist telling us "you two make such a cute couple." And
for obvious reasons I readily recognized the truth of that statement.
We spent the rest of the dance talking and dancing together. Thanks to
CSN and the third Saturday dances I met the woman of my
dreams. A very special Christian soul mate who became my wife a year
later. CSN provided me a unique venue to meet, make
friends and share exciting activities. My wife and I hope that you will
take the opportunity as we did to get involved with CSN
and be blessed just as we are. |
